The Monaco profile is symmetrical, which allows the panels to overlap in either direction and significantly simplifies installation of the tile-effect metal roof - on-site flexibility and reduced installation time, especially useful for complex roofs.
The generous side overlap of the profile contributes to effective sealing of the joints and reduces the risk of water ingress, ensuring a secure joint and long-term protection of the roof.
Monaco metal roof tile is available in modular, bi-modular or long-panel formats, allowing easy adaptation to different roof configurations. Staggered-row installation, similar to brickwork, eliminates four-corner overlaps and allows offcuts to be reused, reducing material waste by up to 5% of the total roof area, according to panel-layout simulations - with even greater savings on roofs with many slopes.
