The 30.5 mm profile depth and the 20 mm transverse step provide high compressive strength, helping to stiffen the entire tile-effect metal roof. The special joining system allows an elegant 4-corner overlap, ensuring precise alignment of the sheets and significantly reducing the risk of water infiltration.
Water protection is threefold: the additional drainage edge prevents accidental water ingress at the longitudinal joints, the three-dimensional contour cut ensures secure sealing between panels, and the generous top overlap protects the roof covering against capillary action - three levels of protection integrated directly into the profile.
Manufactured from pre-painted sheet metal with a multilayer coating system, with zinc protection and a glossy or matt polyester finish, Nordic metal roof tile is protected against corrosion and weathering by this coating system.
